All the health benefits

The effect of hot water combined with that of the hydrojets makes it possible to fight against several health problems, including muscle pain (especially back and neck) and joint pain (arthritis, osteoarthritis, etc.). In addition, the massages provided by the jets stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, which is among other things ideal for people with the feeling of heavy legs. Better blood circulation also helps eliminate toxins that have accumulated in the body more quickly and efficiently. Also, the jacuzzi is particularly suitable for respiratory problems such as asthma since inhaling the steam helps soothe and clear the respiratory system. Note that the jacuzzi would also have a positive impact on digestive disorders but also on repetitive headaches and migraines.

How to make the most of a jacuzzi?

To get the most out of a spa session and all of its benefits, it is important to properly regulate the water temperature. As a general rule, a temperature of between 37 and 38 ° C is ideal, although it should be adapted to the seasons. Thus, it is preferable to set the water temperature to 38 ° C in winter and to lower it to a minimum in summer, i.e. around 30 ° C.

Regarding the duration of a spa session, do not exceed 30 minutes. However, the higher the water temperature, the shorter the session should be. At 38 ° C, it is therefore preferable to stay only 15 minutes in the jacuzzi. After a first session, you should rest for at least 15 minutes before a second session. If the water is very hot, don't hesitate to take 30 minutes of rest between two sessions.
