A deep tissue neuromuscular massage concentrating on specific areas of muscle pain. It increases blood flow and decreases blood pressure, breaking up toxin which cause stress and pain in all areas of the body. Concentrating on different parts of the body at a time, a light abrasive scrub is rubbed into the back, arms, feet, hands, legs, shoulders and upper chest. Warm towels are applied relaxing the skin then gently massaging and exfoliating face and neck area with a gentle skin cleanser. A special herbal mask made especially for your skin type is applied strengthening and tightening facial tissue. Cooled cucumbers are place on the eyes to relax and reduce puffiness. The mask is removed with warm floral waters allowing tiny nutrient molecules to lubricate the skin, then anti-aging vitamin c serum is applied allowing it to penetrate skin. This treatment firms, nourishes and reverses skin damage caused by sun and environmental stress. Finishing with a soothing stress release neck , head, arms and hand massage.
